The latest version of our Fiskal Middleware 1.6.2 is now available. This version contains improvements for the Spanish TicketBAI implementation. Also, the Basque region Araba is supported from this version on. All changes can be found in the change notes of the version.
The company a-trust, whose signature creation devices can be used via the RetailForce Fiscal Middleware, has announced a price increase as of January 31st 2023. We will be happy to send you the new prices on request. Your contact person will assist you.
This year we are planning numerous extensions to our services. The focus in the fiscalisation area is on the implementation of new countries, which you can use via the standardised RetailForce interface without having to change your existing integration.

We would like to say “thank you” to you today. Thank you for your trust and the good cooperation in 2022, which is now slowly coming to an end.
Shortly before the turn of the year, we will provide two new releases as planned (1.6.0 and 1.6.1). The current version of our RetailForce Fiscal Middleware, v1.6.x contains extensive functional enhancements as well as the release versions of the country modules (Trusted Fiscal Country Modules):
Also included is a new release for France. Version 1.6.0 can also be used by customers whose POS system was certified with an older version. However, we recommend integrating the extension with regard to the new month-end closing function. You can find more information on this in our Solution Center in the linked article.
Version 1.6.x provides a connection to certified fiscal systems from EPSON. The printer models FP90 III RT and FP81 II RT are connected to the fiscal module Italy (Trusted Fiscal Country Module IT). From now on, the RetailForce system can be used to fulfil the “Registratore Telematico” requirements.
Please note that in Italy a daily closing must be made in any case. The RT devices transmit end-of-day data to the Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate).
With the release of the solution for the Slovenian Act on Tax Invoice Certification by the Tax Office (ZDavPR), the taxNumber field has been added to the properties of the cashier. Business branches are created automatically.
Version 1.6.1 also provides some new functions in the context of fiscal printer control.
Note: The field Payment.IsCash field will be removed from the document model as of 01 March 2023.

The latest version 1.5.0 of the RetailForce Fiscal Middleware is available for download on our website.
For the occasion, this version includes the release for the Spanish region of Gipuzkoa. As of now, our Fiscal Middleware can be used to implement the connection to the TicketBAI system in the aforementioned province
Important information on the implementation of Spain and the TickenBAI system can be found in our Solution Centre.
The three Basque provinces of Araba, Bizkaia and Gipuskoa all use the TicketBAI system for the fiscalisation of cash registers, but the implementation is different in each case. The release for the other two provinces will follow in one of the following versions.
Furthermore, a new version of the RetailForce Document Object Model (DOM) v.1.1.3 was published with the new release. You will find this together with the release notes in the downloads folder for this version: https://www.retailforce.cloud/downloads/Version%201.5.0/
The current version 1.4.3 is available for download.
As part of the implementation of further countries, the RetailForce Document Object Model was extended. The complete DOM can be found with each version of RetailForce Middleware as a PDF document. The new version 1.1.2 includes necessary extensions for the “TicketBAI” implementation for Spain. In the Basque region of Spain, the TicketBAI trial will start in the coming months. This system will possibly be extended to the whole of Spain. The compulsory deployment starts at different times in the different provinces of the Basque Country:
Version 1.4.3 includes a beta version for the Spain implementation (country module v0.9.0).
Furthermore, this version contains the release candidate of the French implementation.

In the course of the implementation of NF525 for France, the individual country implementations were modularised with version 1.3.3. The two country modules France and Sweden are each integrated as v.0.9.0.

In preparation for the implementation of further fiscal countries, we have extended the RetailForce document model. Existing implementations are not affected by this, the model is downward compatible.
